- Created and supported alliances, acquisitions, and joint ventures with major airlines and training organizations globally.
- Responsible for the creation, growth and development of PanAm’s Air Traffic Control, Aviation English, and Aircraft Maintenance Divisions.
- Developed and validated business plans and was responsible for the acquisition and placement of PanAm’s full-flight simulators and training devices.Acquired and managed a contract with Boeing for the selection and training of students from Iraq and Afghanistan for both pilot and air traffic control positions.
